WHEY CHOCOLATE COOKIES & CREAM

Whey is the protein-rich liquid separated from milk when cheese is made. It is filtered and dried into a powder. Z&M Hardcore WHEY is made with WPC 80, a whey protein concentrate that is 80% protein, and gives you 24 g of protein in every 32 g scoop.

Mix one scoop (32 g) with 200 ml of cold water or skimmed milk in a shaker. The label suggests having it between meals or after exercise.

WHEY is made from milk and its label does not say lactose free, so it is not suitable if you have a milk allergy. If you want a lactose-free option, ISOnet 100% whey isolate is labelled lactose free.

Whey isolate is filtered further than concentrate, so more of it is protein. Z&M Hardcore ISOnet 100% isolate gives 26 g of protein per serving and is labelled lactose free. WHEY concentrate gives 24 g per serving, with 62 servings per tub.

The label says it is not intended for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, ask your doctor before using any supplement.
